Delivery and Payment

Section 16. METHOD OF ORDER FULFILLMENT (DELIVERY OF GOODS)

Ordered goods are delivered via courier companies and logistics operators. Domestic shipments are carried out through:

• DPD – delivery cost: PLN 9.90 gross,
• InPost Parcel Lockers – delivery cost: PLN 9.90 gross.

Domestic shipments are usually delivered to the Customer within 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. Ordered goods may also be collected personally after prior arrangement of the pickup date with the SELLER.

International delivery costs depend on the destination country and are as follows:

• Czech Republic – DPD: PLN 35.00,
• France – DPD: PLN 170.00,
• Ireland – DPD: PLN 155.00,
• Lithuania – DPD: PLN 70.00,
• Germany – DPD: PLN 50.00,
• Romania – DPD: PLN 150.00.

For deliveries to other countries, shipping costs are determined individually.

All shipments sent via courier companies are properly secured. Shipment insurance costs are covered by the SELLER.

Section 17. PAYMENTS

Payments for ordered goods may be made using the following methods:

a) cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of the shipment (available only for deliveries within Poland),
b) traditional bank transfer to the SELLER’s bank account,
c) via the AUTOPAY payment system,
d) via the STRIPE payment system,
e) payment card,
f) Google Pay,
g) BLIK.

If the Customer chooses payment by traditional bank transfer, AUTOPAY, STRIPE, payment card, Google Pay, or BLIK, the order processing time shall commence from the date the payment is credited to the SELLER’s bank account or settlement account.
