  ISSUE:
  The invisible section of the road on the right side of the vehicle is often a serious and dangerous problem faced by every bus and truck driver. Even the most careful driver may fail to notice a pedestrian or cyclist in the ‘blind spot’

  LEGAL BASIS:
  The TD mirror is an approved Class IV and Class V mirror and complies with EU Directive 2007/38/EC under Article 3, which refers to the combined field of view of Class IV and V mirrors.
  
  Directive text defining compliance solutions:
  art.3.2: By way of derogation from paragraph 1, requirements are deemed fulfilled if vehicles are equipped on the passenger side with wide-angle and close-proximity mirrors, whose combined field of view corresponds to at least 95% of the total field of view at ground level for Class IV mirrors and at least 85% for Class V mirrors according to Directive 2003/97/EC.
  art.3.3: Vehicles referred to in Article 2, which cannot be equipped with mirrors meeting requirements due to technical or economic constraints, may be equipped with additional mirrors or indirect vision devices provided the combined coverage reaches at least 95% (Class IV) and 85% (Class V) of the required field of view.
  
  Tests based on Directive 2003/97/EC show that TD mirrors combined with standard Class IV and V mirrors cover over 95% of the blind spot – providing better visibility than using only new 300mm radius mirrors!!!

  MIRROR ADJUSTMENT.
  Have you correctly adjusted your mirrors? – see diagram!!!
  
  Proper adjustment ensures full visibility and helps prevent accidents. Well-adjusted mirrors are essential for drivers
  
  Position the vehicle between lane markings. Stop when you see the control line on the right. In this position, the driver can see the entire vehicle area at a glance. Ensure the seat is properly adjusted, then check the right-side mirrors
  
  When you see:
  - in the main mirror (Class II) and wide-angle mirror (Class IV) lines of zone 1
  - in the close-proximity mirror (Class V) lines of zone 2
  - in the TRUCK DEPOT mirror lines of zone 4
  - through the window lines of zone 3 and all mirrors visible, then mirrors are correctly adjusted.
  
  INSTALLATION CHECK
  Place a person 2 m from the cab door and 1.5 m from the windshield.
  Adjust the TRUCK DEPOT blind spot mirror so the person is visible in the center.
  Maintain 2 cm of visible horizon from the top edge of the mirror.

  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
  
  1. INSTALLATION USING UNIVERSAL MOUNTING KIT:
  
  Required tools: drill, 6 mm and 11 mm drill bits, marker or pencil, screwdriver
  
  Step 1
  Position the mirror correctly in section A of the window, hold and mark the mounting hole
  
  Step 2
  Remove the PVC edge panel, ensure no wiring underneath
  
  Step 3
  Refit the panel and drill a 6 mm hole through panel and bracket A
  
  Step 4
  Remove panel again and enlarge only the metal bracket hole to 11 mm
  
  Step 5
  Insert metal expansion anchor into 11 mm hole
  
  Step 6
  Reinstall panel and secure bracket with 6 mm screw into anchor
  
  Fix bracket base to panel using two small screws
  
  Step 7
  Adjust TRUCK DEPOT mirror to cover blind spot area

2. INSTALLATION USING QUICK MOUNT KIT:
