Description
Tank Protect fuel filler anti-theft device (80mm, low profile), part no. TP800002K
Low-profile TANK PROTECT fuel filler security device made of aluminium. Designed for heavy-duty trucks with an internal filler neck diameter of 80 mm. Features a lower flange compared to the standard version, making it suitable for installations with restricted access to the filler. Requires replacement of the fuel cap with a low-profile version (OEM cap will be too tall). Installation kit included.
Advantages of Tank Protect systems:
- smaller mesh openings compared to competing anti-theft devices,
- higher fuel flow rate (120 l/min), preventing nozzle kickback during refuelling (competing products typically offer up to 90 l/min in real conditions),
- additional internal metal mesh preventing insertion of even very thin objects,
- relatively low profile, reducing the amount of fuel that can be siphoned from a full tank,
- quick and straightforward installation.
